Wrong rejection of scholarship what to do

Ahalia college in palakkad offered scholarship of 50% for those who have scored above 80% in news paper for our batch and the scholarship will avail obly for those who clear examination in first attempt (inclusing revaluation) and have score of more than 60%.. I am Nishad A (LYAMECS025) 2016 passed out from computers Science and Engineering department of Ahalia School of Engineering and Technology I submitted every documents to prove myself that I am eligible to the scholarship of 120000 I passed every semester above 65% without any back paper. College held my scholarship saying that I failed in combined First and second Semester examination. Actually I passed in the revaluation examination but I came to know that in the end semester from university when I am applied for consolidated certificate. I submitted the updated mark list and request for releeasing my scholarship. but they rejected and even they are not saying the reason for rejecting the scholarship
