Took services from immigration agency not responding to my calls

I am from Kolkata, I have hired a Consultency from noida regarding work permit in Singapore. I have received interview call from PAN Pacific hotel (+6563368111) and cleared the interview. I have received job offer letter and IPA / visa from my Consultency. And paid half the fees. They are about to apply e pass and mail me. Suddenly all the phone lines are switched off since 5 days. I have tried to contact Panpacific, but unable to reach the right person. Please advice asap. I am planning to take steps against the Consultency.
You may sue for recovery and damages. You may sue the company in consumer court. Matters get decided between 6-12 months. It’s a fairly easy process. In which consumer forum the case may be files can be decided after looking at your particulars.
