Online shopping misleading and false promise what action can I take

Bought tv-18000rs snapdeal promised a promo code worth 1000rs on purchase and supposed to be mailed on mail id within 7 days of delivery of tv.They did not provide me within the sipulated time mentioned on the website.after lots of effort and complaints after 20 daysthey provide me the promo.everytime i called customer care said within 48hrs i will receive but it took them 20days.i felt deal in vain and as lost trust from the online shopping policy.

It seems you have received the promo code after 20 days although it was promised within 7 days from snap deal. Now since you have received it you can use the same, there is no point in thinking of initiating any legal proceedings since the value of promo code is 1000 Rs Only.
