Not refunding money even after membership cancellation

Hello, I took a membership from Country Vactions in Chennai in 2014 and have cancelled the membership and they also approved it and I have a mail proof for this. Even today they have not refunded my money and whenever I call or mail them they are asking me to wait. They do this every time I ask them for refunding my amount. I have a written proof of all details as I had conversations in email. It would be great if anyone can help me file a case in court against country vacations as their Main office is located in Hyderabad and I am also staying in Hyderabad.
