Non/delayed payment of reverse EMI

11-May-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
My father had purchased two studio apartments (each worth Rs. 16 Lacs) three years back from a builder with a stamped agreement of payment of reverse EMI of Rs. 16,000/- (for each apartment). The first two years passed on smoothly with EMI coming to account regularly at scheduled date but since last one year the EMI has been EXTREMELY irregular.

You can send a legal notice to the said builder for the payment of the same, if the same is denied to comply with or ignores the same, then you can file a complaint in the consumer forum for deficiency in service or you can file civil suit for recovery in the jurisdictional civil court.

As per your given details. You didn't get EMI after ward two years. Sir you can send a complaint regarding this issue to your concern builder. If he not resolved your problem/complaint then you can send a legal notice to the builder. If until he not resolved your problem and as per the details you said you purchased studio apartment (commercial activity)log then filed a civil suit for EMI with the other expenses.
