IIPM university not providing degree to students of 2011-2013 batch

We are a group of students who have not received degree from iipm even after successfully completed the course in 2013." initially college was saying it is delayed. But now they are not responding. We want our fees back or if degree is given we want compensation for delay.
You can file a case before the consumer forum and seek compenstaion from the said court.
Further you can file a police complaint against the IIPM under Section 420 of IPC
