How can I file a consumer case against lenovo company .

I have bought a lenovo smartphone from flipkart.com and have many issue with this phone. I have also visited service center 3 times but no satisfactory resolution provided by them and I have contact lenovo company but they have no resolution about that problem. how many times I visit service center again and again. please help how to file a consumer case to lenovo company and service center.
Dear sir, retain your all job sheets which is given at the time when you contact the authorized service center. If you not retain them then contact the customer call center of Lenovo and endorse your complaint and take a complaint number. If you not get satisfactory response then you can made complaint to DCF.
