how can i approach consumer court on fake promises made by ISP

18-Aug-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Reliance Communications(RCOM) recently upgraded their CDMA network to 4G. Before the upgrade, they sent regular emails, the last one received on 4th July 2016, saying that the existing bill plan and rentals shall remain the same after the upgrade. When the customers actually migrated , their bill plan is being changed to Rs. 1100 (5GB) per month and Subsequently, for all those customers , the bill plan was changed to 1100 without their consent! customers never received this email! No SMS or Alert was sent when the plan came in force. so what action i can take on the same pls guide me.

You need to speak to the customer care regarding the same and if they still do not have a satisfactory answer then you may approach the district consumer forum against the company for providing you the service which is not what u wanted.
