Highest bidder in e-auction, but not obtained confirmation of sale

22-Dec-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Sir, I have participated in e-auction of Bank of India, for a property and i am the highest bidder, deposited 25 % of the bidding amount, later bank informed that the borrower filed S.A.(251/2016) in DRT Visakhapatnam. Court has ordered bank not to confirm the sale but to proceed with the auction. Now almost three months were completed but there is no further forwardness. So kindly advise me how to get back my money.

The initial step for recovery of your money is to send a legal notice to the bank

In the legal notice we provide a stipulated time to return the money failing to do so, you would require to file a civil suit for recovery in the concerned civil court. Please note that you will have to pay the corresponding court fee as per the amount of recovery to file the recovery suit.
