Delay in possession want to cancel my booking but no response

Hi, I booked a flat from a real estate marketing company "Century 21 realty" for Project Nestwood Mapal. This marketing company is an authorized marketing partner of this project. I have paid total 20% of the project ie, Rs.3.6 lacs in 4 cheques. I have money receipt for Rs.3 lacs which is paid in the name of Devlopers but no money reception provided for 0.6 lacs which is paid in the name of investor. The project is not started yet. Now I wanted to refund my money but marketing company where I book the flat is not giving any response. pls. Suggest what action to be req.
Yes you can cancel your booking. The cancellation depends upon the sale agreement. You can contact the office of the builder and apply for cancellation. If the builder fails to refund you the amount, then you can approach the consumer court.
