Company refused to repair/replace phone within warranty period

phone purchased faced technical fault,twice within its warranty period.company refuses to repair free of cost by fabricating a story and making allegations on me.what is the max.time expected to settle the case if i go to consumer court.
Generally it takes a year to settle the same. You will have to file a complaint in the consumer forum for deficiency in services.
