Cheating by network service provider what can I do

Sir, I got a msg "Rs.147= 1GB 3G, 28 Days. Vodafone best offers on *121*20#.Hurry!!" from vodafone no VA-611117 on 24/6/16 3.25pm. I recharged with 147 on the same day at 6.00 pm. But i got validity of 21 days only. I complined to the customer care. They said the problem will be resolved in one day. But there is no reply from them. I again called custmor care.. they said 'no sir, its only for 21 days. Please ignore the msg.' How can we ignore the msg from the company. Isn't it a cheating? I want to compline consumer forum. Please give me suggetion regarding this. Thanking you sir.

Serve a legal notice tothe Vodafone to provide Internet on your number for 28 days and also demand cost of the lehal notice.if they do sothen it is ok if not then file a case in the consumer court.you will get sufficient compensation.

You are advise to file three complaints ; 1. Police complaint for cheating and criminal breach of trust 2. Telecom regulatory authorities 3. Consumer forum for deficiency in services and unfair trade practices and also you can file a writ petition also made a party trai
