Car sold to me by hiding of facts can I take action against seller

hi sir, i have been cheating on buying accident car from a finance guy. he never told me that the car met with a major accident and i only got to know about this when i tried to sell my car to someone. is there anyway i can sue that guy for cheating me?
When you are buying the car you have look after the car n if any doubt you have to take a mechanic n if any doubt you have see online enquire any case has been registered any case r you have to enquire from the insurance company for any claims. So you can't do anything now n sold the car if you are not interested. Finally try in police station but it happens r not I cannot say.
