Car dealer denying to car service even after lake in services

One of the car dealer and car Manufacturer have failed to provide car service /repair ,behaved rude and inhuman in dealing same , a problem was addressed and same was not fixed , that would have also lead to an serious accident.After reminders also they are not fixing problem. they have forged the service book records and documents to prove they are correct.I have copy of the same, since 8 months I am handling them and they are repeating the same mistakes . there is an exploitation towards me, they are using legal loop holes and harassing me. They have made an effort to take declaration on white paper that customer is responsible for everything, for which I have not signed. An effort is clear to cheat me by giving false information and forging papers. I am approaching consumer court also. They are misusing their strength to exploit me ,cheating to make money.
