Can i file consumer if case given itinerary not fulfilled by company

Booked Dubai package tour from MAKEMYTRIP, itenary given at booking time not fulfilled, Had to incur expenses inspite of same being included in package cost. No response to letters nor letter from Consumer guidance society of india, Mumbai. I asked for refund of expenses incurred by me for the items already paid at time of booking, plus for one day had to spend in hotel waiting for their answer. Local representative informed to wait for confirmation from India. Whole day was wasted plus mental harrassment. how to calculate harrassment charges? Can they appeal in higher court and delay payment?

have you filed a case in the consumer court? their is no certain amount to calculate the harassment charges. you can even ask for 10 times of what you had to pay in hotels, transits etc. you can file a Complaint case against MAKEMYTRIP either in District Consumer or State consumer according to the pecuniary jurisdiction and the amount you spent and the compensation you seek from them.
