I bought groundnuts at farmer they sent me by mixing stones and sand what can i do legally?
You can send him a legal notice stating your concerns and demands. If they donot comply with the demands of the notice then you can file a civil suit for the recovery of your money. You can also file a complaint under section 420 of ipc in the nearest police station
