Bought a watch online Received junk cannot get replacement what to do

I am a retired soldier, 80, in poor health, unable to walk. The case is open &b shut simple. If I was fit I could do without a lawyer. There is not money in the case, nor in my pocket. Is there a lawyer who would take up my case only as a social cause to help and old helpless man. I have faith in Indian youth, and a young lawyer just starting practice will suffice. I have a strong feeling that just a legal Notice will settle the matter. I shall be obliged if someone comes forward. Please do give an answer.
you can take legal action against them by sending them a Legal Notice. You can even file a case in the Consumer Forum againt them. You can yourself file a case in the Forum you dont need an advocate for that.
