Booked a flat in Mumbai builder returning money not giving posession

Eight year before I book 600 sq feet flat Mumbai full and final amount I paid same year by cheque. I get only allotment letter he promised me in allotment letter position guaranted 30 month but 4 year past no construction start i going daily builder office no response one day builder call me in office he returns my cheque amount only he tell me after 3 month further cheque I will issue to you after my cheque clear in bank I send to builder notice about further cheque but no response then i file case in consumer court Mumbai 3 year now very long struggle my case is close next month my final judgment will come just i want to know iam entitled for compensation or remaining amount now during 8 year as per ready recner value 10 times high pls reply me What will be the judgment according to my case pls reply me many many thank
