Company gave cheque and it bounced now what can be done

i work in chit fund company. company gave me cheque on my name of maturity of my customer (20/10/16). i gave notice (29/10/16) to company because that cheque is bounced in bank.(dated 24/10/16) my senior gave time and also promised for payment,(30/11/16) but he has not done. so my cheque limit overdue. What I notice the second time on that cheque bounce?

for notece 15 days. for fill complaint in court-30 days.your time limit is over, still u can fill case with delay condonasan.u have to tace help good lawyer for your case.your time limit already over, so tace some action fast....

1. In case of cheque return, complaint can be filed u/s 138 of NI Act.
2. The cheque should have been given for a debt.
3. The cheque should have been deposited within time limit.
4. On return a legal notice or demand note should be sent to the issuer by RPAD not later than 30 days.
5. Then within 25 days complaint should be filed u/s 138 n 142 of NI Act.
