An agreement needs to be binding in Law in order to be legal, in case he defaults you need to go to court on the basis of the agreement ine ke sath violation. instead it is better to file a case in court ask for a mediation where such an agreement can be arrived at which will be sanctioned by the court.

The contested divorce case is going on for the last five years. The lastest hearing status on ecourt services website shows uncontested dismissed for Hindu marriage act section 13. As a petitioner i didn't give any consent for this. My lawyer is not reachable over the phone as well as in person. He didn't inform me about the case status too. I couldn't understand what's going on now . kindly help me out.
