My original date of birth is 25th May 1999 but in my certificates it is marked as 24th March 1999. Can I change my dob from 24th March to 25th May?

Q: Police has submitted wrong equiry report

Q: How to force opposite party bring witness and medical on record

I am facing fake DV case. The girl side made story that she came to house & 5 people of my family beaten her. Her government medical also done. While cross examination she accepted the she was beaten up & govt medical done & her long distance related brother saw the incident.After that we filed the copy of our CCTV. Nothing of the sort had happened. Fake story she fabricated.We asked for brother witness, they denied. We filed CrPC 311, as alone eye witness, trial court judge allowed. But now they filed sessions court appeal that they have the right that whom they want to witness or not. Sessions judge is in there favour that we cant compel them for witness. If we want we can call brother in defence. We dont where that brother lives?We said that she should file her govt medical, she refused that as well. We have applied for CrPC 91. The judge said that we cannot compel them. Please suggest how to force them to bring witness and medical on record, so we can prove her conspiracy?

Q: Two minors eloped and family is creating problem

HelloCan you please advise me on a legal matter?My brother-in-law (minor) has eloped with a girl (minor) and is now living in a different city. However, the girl’s family has filed a case against him and his entire family. The police are tormenting the boy’s family who is very poor. If they get back to their village, they will be beaten and the girl will be forced to marry. It is also possible that they can persuade her to talk against him due to family pressure. We don’t know what to do.

Q: Review application time spent is excluded in Appeal or not?

if family court passed order on 01.03.2022 and given 1 months to compliance and we filed review application in the same court on 11.03.2022 and court has rejected review application on 24.03.2022. my question is that this period (11.03.2022 to 24.03.2022) will be excluded for filing the appeal to high court or not?
