A land which is donated by a Muslim community. It is divided into 2 equal parts, 30 years ago. One of them is ours and other belongs to neighbour. Buliding of cement built on my parts 20 years ago. Now other party want to capture my property. How should I do ? Three names are written on the land paper but divided into 2 parts. My grandfather is only one brother and they are two brothers.

Any dispute pertaining to title of the land can only be settled through competent court of original civil jurisdiction which is the civil court where the properties situated and as such, you are advised to file declaratory suit where the jurisdiction falls.
