-THERE WERE FULLY FUNCTIONAL SEWAGE LINES FROM PLOT S-1,S-2,S-3.....S20....S25..ETC ONWARDS - JDA DEMOLISHED SEWAGE LINES FROM S-1 TO S-20 ONLY AND NO DEMOLISHING TOOK PLACE PLOT S-20 ONWARDS -DESPITE SWACCHA BHARAT MISSION GOING ON JDA DEPRIEVES RESIDENTS(MOSTLY HOTELS,COACHINGS,AND SOME RESIDENTS) OF S-1 TO S-20 OF ANY SEWAGE LINES. -NOW IT CONSTRUCTS "RAIN WATER DRAINAGE" IN PLACE OF OLD SEWAGE LINE FROM S-1 TO S-20 AND PARALLEL TO OLD SEWAGE LINES FROM S-20 ONWARDS -JDA HAS INSTALLED LARGE IRON GRILLS(6FTX6FT=36SQ.FT) IN FRONT OF MY PLOT TO COLLECT RAIN WATER RUN OFF FROM ROAD -AS BEING DEPRIEVED OF ANY SEWAGE LINES THE COMMERCIAL INSTITUTIONS LIKE HOTELS AND COACHINGS ARE DUMPING THEIR SEWAGE FROM SEWAGE CHAMBER INTO RAINWATERDRAINAGE BY EMPLOYING TEMPORARY PLASTIC PIPES.. -NOW UNBEARABLE POISONOUS FOUL ORDOUR OF SEWAGE IS EMANATING FROM OPEN GRILLS NEAR MY PLOT AND ENTERING MY HOUSE -JDA ENGINEERS R NOT COVERING IT. NOR TAKING ACTIONS AGAINST HOTELS WHATS THE LEGAL OPTION?

You can file a petition in permanent lol adalat for quick relief. Also you can file a compensation suit in civil court. Also a fir and criminal case can be lodged against responsible persons and officers.

Maine kisi par cheqe bounce ka case Kiya tha..usne court me samjhauta karke mujhe payment de Diya.uske Baad usne mujhe ghar par Aakar dhamki di.maine us par 116 ka istagasa kar diya.woh 20000 ke muchalke par jamanat Kara Li..ab usne mujhe par 116 ka jhutha istagasa Kiya hai.usne kaha hai ki uski biwi ke mujhse Prem sambandh hai. Baad Mai usne apna case bapas le Liya hai. Ab main us par maanhani ka case karna chahta hu..kya yeh sambhav hai..plz mujhe koi advocate sujest kiziye.

You can lodge fir and if it is not registered by police, you can go through complainant in court. Also a civil case for compensation can be instituted. Before any proceeding, get the certified copies of previous proceedings

A suit for cancellation of sale deed can be instituted. If relations between you and father are not good enough due to misbehave or bad habits of your father then a criminal case can be registered. Intiate any proceding after think about the relations.

Q: Procedure to transfer a case which is under Trial

Hi, I was married in Alwar Rajasthan. My in-laws n family resides there. Husband & I were residing in Dubai.. there was immense dowry harassment and domestic violence. With all evidence and proofs I was filed 498a at my parental city Bhopal MP. The FIR is registered under "0" . I meantime I have received a lot of death threatening calls. How can I transfer my jurisdiction from Rajasthan to mp. Expect for 498a, DV what all other cases can I strongly put against them so that they shall be punished.

In drafting of complaint, Cause of action must have been shown at mp , so the case would have been registered there. Also a Case u/s 125 criminal.p.c. Can be instituted In mp court, to make pressure.
