Will made by father brother not following it how can it be executed

My grandfather done a will in which he made me 2/3 property holder and my step brother 1/3. But he also added that I will pay 5lac to brother and 1lac to my grandma's and 1lac to my father and 50000 to my step mother as all three are illiterate. But my brother is not agree with that will then what can I do? In that will only one witness is live but second was who we don't know . A man said to me that two witness are must.

In the given situation, two witnesses are required to register a valid will however, it is not so, thus, you will have to file for probate in the jurisdictional civil court. Under section 32 of Indian Evidence Act, the given testament will be considered asyour grandfather’s dying declaration.
