Who will keep the original will seller or bank

If owner is joint owner of property claiming 100% ownership based on a WILL from deceased owner. Will bank / owner keep original WILL or seller should keep it. Will is not registered and other then property it says all movable , bank account PF etc. Should be given to the seller .
