Whether a Will is valid if it is not properly signed by witness

In an Individual WILL the witness can be a family members like Son, Spouse and Daughter whose name is already mentioned for nomination in the WILL. What to do if person lacks witness for signing their WILL ?

it is advisable that no family member should be an attesting witness in the will of the person. it may create dispute. un till and unless the witness is not signing the will the will cannot be registered and the will is not a complete document.
