1.wheather a govt servant become a trustee of a charitable trust without seeking permission from his department. 2.with intimation to his office /departmaent ? pl give the answer
You just need to get a permission and Non- Objection Certificate from your Department and submit documents to the effect that its a non-profitable and charitable trust. Only embargo is profit making or Political organisations.
