Where can I file a complaint against an advocate

Our adv filed petition in court for succession cert after death of my father in oct15.no objection recd in response to newspaper out.but still its been 10 mth adv is dragging case.took his fees in advance.gives various reasons for delay like not well, judge asking for bribe, then judge got changed.when asked for case no.he is not even giving that.want to know when n where to file a complaint against advocate.
complaint filed before bar council of maharashtra and goa.
OR------
change advocate
and u file application for engage another counsel.
definitely Hon'ble court allowed your application.
then u change advocate
then you proceed your case.
ultimately why ur advocate demanding advance fee?
and what you decide ur case fee?
unnecessary drag procedure to that effect...
and as per court cases is numbers of daily bundle of cases to handle the single judge. and numbers of cases is pending alongwith ur case.
how can relief immediately want of you?
