What to do when will formed do not mention the name of a party

My grandmother created a will but didn't mention my dad name The property belongs to my grandfather but after his death transferred to my grandmother

1. Your grandmother can remake her will if alive.
2. Otherwise all her legal heirs will have to grant their no objection certificate or execute a release deed so to permit your dad to transfer the properties in his name.

Whether your grandfather has made any WILL? As first thing on what basis the property of your grandfather is transferred to grandmother. Further the contents of the WILL needs to be reviewed and only post that will be in a position to advice.

This is my response to you:
1. If your grandfather did not transfer to your grandmother and he died intestate then the property still belongs to your father as well;
2. All the class I legal heirs have a right on the property including the grandmother, your father and his siblings;
3. Therefore obtain succession certificate of your grandfather and mutate entries in the name of all the legal heirs.
