what legal procedure to claim against a will

Sir, My Grandfather have One house in chennai, and legalheirs will be my mother and my only uncle, my uncle is enjoying the property, my grandfather was died on 1994 my mother was claimed share but he said grandfather written the will to full power to him and you are not eligible for that property, please guide how my mother was claimed and please clarify she is eligible or not.

If your grandfather has written any will in name of your uncle and if it states that he is the only owner of the property, then you do not have any right to that property. In this case you can ask him for the will or can visit the tehsildar office to check whether any will is registered in his name or not.
