What is the procedure of closing a NGO

Please suggest and give guidelines on how to close the NGO which we started in 2016. Reason to close NGO is that other members are busy with their routine activity and i am not well from past 2 months. It is getting difficult to run the NGO that too without any funds. What is the process?
