What are the powers to mother to implement will after father death. Can she alter or acquire property mentioned or not mentioned in the will.
The person executing the will is known as the Executor who shall ensure that the property is distributed according to the will. In this case your mother is the Executor but in no case the Executor can alter with the will and transfer the property for its own benefit.
