My reply to your queries point-wise: 1. Yes, you can appoint 3 Executors. When you appoint 3 Executors specify in your WILL whether they have to execute jointly or by any one or any two. 2. Any one can be the Executor to the WILL.

This is my response to you: 1. You can make any one person the executor of the Will; 2. Also a beneficiary can be a executor of the will; 3. It is advisable that you register and seal the Will; 4. If you have any difficulties then you can approach any lawyer and draft a Will encompassing major and important clauses needed in a valid Will; 5. It is advisable to make only one executor so that there are no confusions while filing for the probate of the Will.
