you can draft a will yourself or can get it drafted through a lawyer, you can mention all your movable and immovable assets in your will and also mention whom you want to give it. It is not necessary that you have to give it to your family members it can be given to anybody you wish to give, You would require 2 witness and can also get the will registered.
