Things not been done according to registered will

My father has passed away on 24jan2016 and now according to registered will my mother is sole custodian of our 4 storied house which will be distributed between my brother and me after her death but for bank balance he has instructed that has to be distributed immediately after his death but my mother Has transferred that money in her account as she was the nominee in bank now she is not giving my share to me.she says that she is the nominee and owner of the house.whereas according to will separate provision is made for her one floor for living and rental income + Rs18000 pension per month.
You can file for a probate of the will in the court. Court will appoint an executor of the will and the will to be executed according to the conditions written in the will.
