registered will vs unregistered will

30-Jul-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
My Grandfather got his earlier will registered in 1991( dividing moveable and immoveable properties among the brothers of my father including my father) and before his death in 1995 he made an unregistered will in 1994 (giving all rights of his moveable and immoveable property to my father ) . Now I got the unregistered will checked from the FSL and the report came as the unregistered will is sign and made by my grandfather...Now the brothers of my father is clamming that the will of 1991 should come in force and the division of properties will be made according to it. Please help me what should I do in this and what does the law says...and if possible please suggest me with similar cases judgements / rulings. Thanks.
