14-Jul-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
My grandfather had three son. He made registered will and give whole property share to his two sons and exclude my father. Will made in 1996 and in 2000 will execute after my grandfather died. My father also expired in 1998. Now I have rights to challenge will in session court for my share ??? I loss case in lower tehsil court which I filed in 2012. When I come to know about the will in 2012 I file suit against will. But all witness are in favour of my uncles side bcoz will was original and registered.

To start the process you will have to file petition for probate of the will. These guidelines can vary state by state. However, generally, the first step is to file the decedent’s will in the probate court in the county of his or her domicile. You will also need to file your appointment as executor with the probate court. The final step of the petition process is to have the will proved.
