Procedure to make a will

I am 50 years old man and have 3 siblings including me living happily, my father expired two years ago now my mother wants to make her will therefore I want to know what is the procedure to make her will along with the documents required. Also in case we do not make the will at present then what is the procedure to make partition/divide the property after my mother. Kindly help

You as an owner of the vehicle will only be liable if the car is found not to be road worthy.

However, if you were present in the car you can be made liable if it is found that you had instigated the driver of the vehicle to drive rashly.

The compensation would be paid by the insurance company in such situations. In any other cases the owner of the car will not be liable for the act of the driver.
