Procedure for registration of private trust in Tamil Nadu.

Sir/Madam, We are planning to start a private trust in Tamil Nadu. Kindly guide on the procedure to be followed for its registration. Documents required for its registration. Thanks in advance.
First get the trust deed properly drafted by a competent lawyer, including all the necessary clauses. the trust deed should be drawn up on non-judicial stamp paper of requisite value (stamp duty differs from State to State), duly signed and witnessed. The Registrar may insist on ID and address proofs for all the trustees, who may be required to be present before him at the time of registration.
