Probating a will in Mumbai of my uncle in Mumbai

Hi, need to probate a will of my uncle .
Need a breakup on charges other than courtfees
and timeline thanks
This is my response to you:
1. You will have to pay court fees for the probate petition int he High Court;
2. This will be 75K or below 3 lakhs definitely;
3. The lawyer's professional fees you can mutually decide with the lawyer;
4. The time line will be maximum 8 months;
5. Provided there are no objections of any sorts etc;
6. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
