Probate of will vs Partition suit which will prevail and hold value

We have a registered will. Since there is no dispute we are aldebating between probating the will and filing for partition suit. Which is faster in case there are no contests? Any advantages or risks if we chose one over the other? Thanks.
Probate. The court process by which a Will is proved valid or invalid. The legal process wherein the estate of a decedent is administered. When a person dies, his or her estate must go through probate, which is a process overseen by a probate court. this process would not take a lot of time in comparison to partition suit.
