Respected sirs, Please clarify whether an Overseas Citizen of India [OCI] hold a position in the Executive Committee of a Society promoting sports activities? Thanks in advance.
Is your society duly registered under the Societies Act? If so, I need to study the by-laws of the society to see whether there exists any provision for including an OCI as an executive committee member, before rendering my opinion in the matter.
