Nothing is mentioned in the will about FD share to whom it will go.

One WILL mentions that "my residual property including cash, bank balance, bonds, shares to be given to my wife....... . About FIXED DEPOSIT, nothing is mentioned above, so what should be done with FD? Whether it will go to nominee in FD or to the wife of the deceased person ?
you can execute another will mentioning the details of FD and to whom it will go. If you dont want to mention the names then you the deposit will go to the nominee as per bank details and would be entitled to it.
