Need information on rights of inheritance

06-Jun-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
I am from a hindu background, My grandfather has a 1.5 hectares of land which was inherited by him from his father, my grandfather has 3 sons and 2 daughters, being a grandson of his eldest son , what right do I have on this property and what should I do if he doesn't give me a part of this land, as I doubt by his behaviour that he would rather like to give it to his other 2 sons.

In ur case as it can be seen that u are from third generation
The first and default claim would be of ur father...
If in case he is not alive or is not given his share
Then he would have first right to file partition suit and get his share..
Secondly now since u are from third generation u will have secondary claim
Only after ur father's death and also only to the extent to which ur father could have claimed...
Thus ur matter need discussion to come to the right solution...
U can contact me any time through lawrato.
