Need help in authoring a well drafted will (Trichy)

My mother owns an immovable property (residential plot) in Trichy (self acquired property, bough using her own funds) and she wants to gift it to me through a will. I have elder brother who has expressed no objection on this (verbally). Need proper legal guidance from right authoring to registration of will with no room for any ambiguity, loophole, contestation at later stage by anyone.
If it is your mother's self-acquired property and if she wishes to bequeath it to you by a Will, your brother's consent, oral or written is not at all required legally.
