My sisters have changed the existing property will. What is my remedy

25-Oct-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
Dear Sir, My father has 3 children..two sisters and one son (my self). My father has distributed properties equally for me and to my second sister and registered a will accordingly. After that my first sister had changed my father’s brain and changed the will. Now all the properties are shared to my two sisters only and registered the will accordingly. He didn't give any property to me. I have only proof that the xerox copy of the old registered will. What can I do. Can I file a case to my sisters. How to get my share. Please reply sir. Thank you.

An individual has every power to alter his will before his death as many times he wishes to and the last will would be the will which would be considered as legal. The registered will shall be perfectly valid unless you can establish in court that the will has been forged or was made under duress.
