My late mother's father wanted to make a will on his agricultural land

24-Apr-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
He got agricultural land from his father. He wanted to distribute his land to his only three daughters . Is it possible to distribute his land according to his will . Since it is inherited. Will will be legal or illegal in this case. Is it possible to get equal distribution of land to three daughters without filling any case in court by one-third each ( mutually ) Is it possible that maternal father gift deed to there late daughter's son by one-third share. Can late daughter sons ( us ) ask for share one-third before or after his death. Can two living daughters eat our late mother's share without any registered will . What should we do if we want our mother's legal one-third share only.

As the said property was inherited by the said person from his father, therefore, the person can not make will involving the property which was inherited by his father which makes the property ancestral in nature, thus, all the coparceners have the right to claim their share in the property, by a way of filing of partition suit.
The said gift deed can only be executed if the property is of self acquired nature.
Yes all the coparceners in the family are eligible to claim their share in the property.
