My grandfathers will is an unregistered will is it valid

My grandfather write a will my self purchase property and other property all right to give my son and my grandsons only is a legal heir of my property no other cant enter my property. That will is not register with 2 witness. Its is valid or not ???

Yes, un registered will is a valid will. A will needs to be signed by two witnesses to confirm its validity.
