Mother made me nominee of her flat in her will how can i execute will

Hello. My mother has 2 Flats. Before she passed away she mentioned that 1 would be on my name and one on my siblings. My sibling states that the one flat on her name in 'lesser in value' than the one my mum has left for me. The flat to the sibling was made when mum was alive and sibling is already living in that flat. Mum was living in the other flat and we were taking care of her there. Mum said once she passes away that will be left on my name. In her will she has made me the nominee to that flat. What is the procedure now to go ahead to transfer flat on my name. NOC from sibling is tough
Where your mother has left a will for the property to be distributed after her death then her property will be distributed accordingly. If your mother has left a will stating that you will get the flat after her death then you can get the flat transferred in your name. You can get the probate issued for the will for transfer of the property in your name.
