If the mother has given away all her properties to her son by way of a Will then the question of daughter seeking a share does not arise. However, the daughter can always challenge the said Will. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

If the will is valid and the property is self-acquired, the daughter may not have a share. If it’s ancestral, she has equal rights. She can challenge the will on legal grounds like fraud or undue influence. Kindly, share more details so the precise and correct advice can be given.
